Page
You can add the changelog page to your panel via your PanelProvider:

Each release is a collapsible section. The newest release starts expanded, and with ->trackUserVersion() so does every release the user hasn't seen yet. Collapsed releases show a one-line summary of their features, see Markdown Files.
The page shows 10 releases. A button below them shows 10 more at a time.
Badge
The page has a version badge that will display the latest release tag. The badge will always show. If you only want to show it, when the user hasn't viewed the changelog yet, you can use the ->trackUserVersion() method.
